Project: David & Karen Bennett Residence
Location: Hood Canal, Washington
Scope: Design work included site planning for new residence, relocation of guesthouse, placement of art studio and circulation. Landscape renovation of waterfront property including terracing, rock steps for beach access and relocation of a natural spring into a cascading waterfall.
Work Scope: Landscape architectural services including schematic design and construction documents for grading, terracing, drainage and circulation. Work included designing waterfall, paving, soil amendments, lighting, irrigation and plantings.
